Rock Cove Assisted Living Facility consists of thirty studio and one-bedroom apartments with a central dining room, library, common living room, beauty shop, whirlpool bath. Fifteen of the units are targeted to low-income residents and the other fifteen are market-rate without income restrictions. This project provides affordable housing and services for frail elderly who require assistance with daily living activities. Concepts in Community Living provide management and coordinate services.

Celilo Garden provides permanent supportive housing for 6 homeless households with serious mental illness. Celilo Garden offers onsite laundry facilities as well as a community room that includes a large TV with cable and a computer lab with access to the internet. Supportive services are provided through Mid-Columbia Center for Living.

New in 2016, 24 units of affordable housing for agricultural workers and their families with incomes at or below 50% area median income. Heritage Heights also provides a community room, playground, laundry facilities and computer lab. The location allows easy access to shopping, schools and social services.
