Community Land Trust Program

Columbia Cascade Housing Corp. (CCHC) makes homeownership affordable by separating ownership of the LAND from ownership of the HOME under the Community Land Trust (CLT) model (much like a Shared Equity Model). If you buy a house through our program, you buy and own the house. CCHC retains ownership of the land. CCHC leases the land to you, as the homeowner, through a long-term ground lease agreement.
